Established in 1991, Te Rapuora O Te
Waiharakeke Trust was the first Moari Health Provider to
be
established in the South Island. Providing a range of
community based, primary health services
they represent Ngati Apa Ki Te Waipounamu Trust, Te Atiawa
Manawhenua Ki Te Tau Ihu Trust, Te Runanga O Ngati Kuia
Trust and Ngati Toarangatira Manawhenua Ki Te Tau Ihu. See

Reporting to the Board, you will manage
the strategic direction of the Trust ensuring delivery
of a high quality accessible health service for Te Tau Ihu
residing in Marlborough. Ideal candidates will have the
ability to lead a small but expert team of health
professionals, work closely with the Ministry of Health,
Maori Development Organisations, Community Groups and Iwi.
You will manage existing contracts, source new funding
streams and implement initiatives to enhance current
service delivery.
Demonstrated skills in contract
management, client relationship management, health
services and financial control are essential. You will
also have a passion for working with Maori, a confident
personality, excellent written and verbal communication
skills, ability to work to deadlines and be able to lead
by example.
